We wish to advise that some Fixed Wireless users in Kingscote and surrounding areas are continuing to experience service degradation.
Our teams are actively investigating the issue. The tentative Estimated Time of Restoration (ETR) is 18:00 PM AEDT on 09/11/2026. though this timeframe remains subject to change We will continue to keep you informed as further information becomes available.
