We wish to advise that there is currently an unplanned outage affecting Fixed Wireless services in Erica, VIC, and surrounding areas. As a result, customers may experience intermittent service dropouts.
The tentative Estimated Time of Restoration (ETR) is 18:00 AEST on 5th October 2026. Please note that this timeframe is subject to change.
