We would like to advise that customers using DCSI, Speedweb, or Node1 email services may have experienced issues sending emails to BigPond recipients due to a recent email blacklisting incident.
The blacklist has now been removed, and email delivery is expected to progressively return to normal over the next 24 to 48 hours as BigPond updates and refreshes its email filtering systems.
We apologise for any inconvenience this issue may have caused and appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve it. If you continue to experience delivery issues after this period, please contact our Support Team for further assistance.
