We wish to advise that currently experiencing increased latency to Singapore and Europe due to an unplanned outage.
While we do not expect any degradation in network speed, you may notice slightly higher latency compared to the previously optimized routing path.
We tentatively expect service restoration by 19:00 AEST 09/08/2026, though this timeframe remains subject to change.
