We wish to advise that, due to unforeseen circumstances, emergency maintenance has been scheduled for Fixed Wireless services in the Ellenbrook suburb and surrounding areas.
Maintenance is scheduled to take place between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM AWST. The expected outage duration is approximately 1–2 hours during the maintenance window.
Please power cycle your equipment if your service remains offline after the maintenance has been completed. If this does not restore your service, please contact our friendly Help Desk for further assistance.
