We wish to advise that there is currently an unplanned outage for NBN services in the suburb of QUAKERS HILL and its surrounds.

We wish to advise that the Remote troubleshooting of an alarming network amplifier is currently in progress. Should remote troubleshooting efforts fail to restore services, it will be necessary for Field Services to attend on-site. Further updates will be provided upon the completion of troubleshooting.

We wish to advise that a local power outage is impacting the nbn network causing a loss of service to customers. nbn is monitoring the situation and once the power is restored will test alarms and perform health checks on the network to confirm stability.
Please contact the local power provider for more information including the Estimated Time to Restore (ETR).
nbn recommends customers perform a reset of their modem and in-home equipment once the power is restored to their area if further issues are experienced.
