Swoop wishes to advise that due to an upstream carrier fault, there is network degradation that will be affecting internet services in the Northern Barossa Region. Swoop is working with upstream provider to resolve the fault.

Please be advised that the cause of the disruption has been identified as a fibre break. Field resources have been engaged to attend and restore. Further updates will be provided as new information becomes available
