We wish to advise that there is currently an unplanned outage for Fixed Wireless services in the area of Parndana and its surrounds.
Unfortunately, there is no estimated time for restoration [ETR]. This notification will be updated as further information comes to hand.

Swoop wishes to advise that our field technicians attended the Swoop Parndana tower. We were unable to restore the site due to severe damage the tower equipment. We will provide further updates including new ETA as soon as more information becomes available. All updates will also be published on our [Network Status Page].
